^I converted it to a webm video. It w as originally a 1.2gb mp4 video I didn't want to bother uploading, but now it's a 250mb video.
I also have the Pow erflex/Wild Workout books I'll scan in over the weekend.

The video is quite old (circa 2003). In the result photos you'll see 2 of the guys featured in the video in better shape now (circa 2012-2013) and they still only do bodyweight exercises.

Athlean Xero is all online. They only allow you to download the pdf files and the video files can't be downloaded apparently. You can only watch them online.
The only w ay around this is if someone uses a screen recorder program to record the videos as they play.

When dow nloading from dropcanvas there is a "download" button on the top right of the screen, if there is only one file in the canvas it doesn't matter because if the 1GB limit has been
reached it will make no difference.
But if in the canvas there are m ore than one file it will bypass any restriction, just download the whole canvas and delete afterward w hat you don't need.
Therefore if the uploader is looking forw ard to be really smart will upload more than one file, anything, even the same file twice (probably renaming one of the two).
In other words if you upload just one file the 1GB restriction will apply, if you upload more than one file there is no restriction (provided that the downloader uses the top right button and
not the "main" one).
