Field Visit Plan

Objectives
- Analyze execution of marketing activities by the sales Team
- Delivery of Letter of Thanks to the Head of Ortho Dpts of selected institutes for WAD activity

Observations:
- Thanks letter delivered to Prof Iqbal Head of ortho dpt. at Mayo hospital and Prof. Faisal
mushtaq, Head of ortho dpt. at Services Hospital. Doctor’s response was good and he
encouraged us to conduct further such activities.
- After delivering letters, I did working with the SOPs following their daily call plan, SM
and DSM.
- Prof. mwas on leave till Friday was also not available so letter will be delivered to both
of them on Wednesday, 27th Oct.
- Doctors showed good response towards Darvin and Moxef so constant reminders and
follow up are required to gain Rx share.
- Based on my observation, SPO Zahid at Mayo hospital has good penetration in the
hospital and good relationship with the doctors. Detailing and product knowledge is also
comparatively better.
- Other two SPO detailing needs to be improved. Pre and post call analysis, chemist
working were also missing.
