For aero towing with Rotax 912 A the MTOW of motor glider and towed glider together not
exceed 1120 kg.
For aero towing with Rotax 912 S the MTOW of motor glider and towed glider together not
exceed 1160 kg (with fixed pitch propeller) up to 1170 kg (with constant-speed-propeller).
All prices are without engagement and conform to the actual expense situation an the actual
development. Subject to alteration of prices.
Our motor glider is of mixed construction: wing and tail are made of wood, fuselage is made
of tubular steel. Advantages of this method of construction include a long service-life,
strength in operation, possibility of easy repair, utilization of known constructional materials
and general practicability by many years of experience, very quick and simple assembly and
disassembly.
Our SF 25 C-Falke is the most suitable motor glider for basic training: low empty weight
much lower than a fibreglass motor glider, very safe wing section, the engines with 80 HP
are powerful enough – so an extremely short take-off is possible- -even hot and high,
[especially with Rotax 912 A (80HP) or Rotax 912 S (100 HP) engines].
The motor glider is easy and safe to fly. With the engine stopped soaring flights in thermals
are possible.
The motor glider is also docile when taken to extrems.
There are build more then 1500 motor gliders of the various Falke models. They are flown
very much, mainly in gliding clubs where the average is more than 400 hours/year. The
Falke is also used in round about 30 Europe gliding-schools for basic training.
