Things that I find myself bringing up occasionally:

Take Cover/Go Prone is always forgotten. Or go total concealment and add blind
fire negatives. You still can pop up each pass to take an attack and duck back
behind cover. All security guards should be using this.

Offering a bribe to the right NPC can take a -3 social roll modifier (Seen as
harmful by NPC) up to +1 (Seen as advantageous by NPC) instead.

Noticing spellcasting is a perception test with a threshold of (6-force).

Obviously some spells don't need a test to notice.

Narrow Bursts from previous editions are now listed as Aimed Burst (Run&Gun
119)

Preemptive Block/Dodge/Parry (Run&Gun 122) stacks with Full Defense . That's

how you play Neo.

Healing and other Permanent duration spells must be sustained a number of

Combat turns equal to their force before they activate. You can use successes in
the Heal spell to reduce that. Heal is rarely something you whip out in combat,
it's mostly saved for after the shooting stops.

A watcher can talk and rely messages to and from your group. Spirits can't.
Very useful if you're astrally projecting and want to communicate with your team
without going back to your body.

Select Sound Filters can review all of the conversations at a party or club and
alert you to which ones have used pre-selected words or phrases.

Need an explosive distraction on a run, but don't have the demolition skill?
Thermite bars and grenades can be triggered wirelessly.

Critical glitches involving Explosive rounds destroy the weapon being fired.
Oops.

Smart Firing Platforms are incredibly cheap sentry turrets. They're a holdover
from first edition, so they never got put with the drones.

Agents can run Erase Mark. Why scrub yourself when you can have a program do
it?

You are considered Dual Natured while Astrally Perceiving.

You need to make one Control Vehicle action each Combat Turn during Vehicle
Combat to maintain control of the vehicle. If you're got more combat passes after
that, you can shoot people without losing control of the vehicle. If you forget to
make this action, the vehicle becomes uncontrolled. This usually means the Pilot
program takes over, but Pilot programs don't handle speeding very well.
