Work values/ethics/ concepts

Love for work is important for me of all work values and ethics to have because
first if we love our work, we will start our day will a good attitude because we are looking
forward to doing what we love to do. And for me being having love in our means we will
acquire most of the other work values and ethics. If we love our work, we will be
motivated to do the task we are assigned to do without reservation then if we love our
work we will make sure that we keep on eye on the orderliness in our work place, aside
from that we will be goal oriented because we have passion for our work and it will
serves our fuel to pursue the goal of your company or the company you are working for.
In addition to that, if we have love for our work, we will be sensitive and caring to others
because we don’t want to work without good relationship with our colleagues, love for
our work will also affect our work practices we will be always be punctual in our
workplace and will have the eagerness to do our task with high quality and will satisfy
the companies and clientele expectations.

One incident or violation that will negatively affect the company is employees
who misuse alcohol and drugs (including illicit drugs, prescription medications, and
over-the-counter medicines) on their own time or at work can cause serious difficulties
for their employers, managers, and coworkers. Reduced job performance, reduced
productivity, absenteeism, tardiness, high turnover, and increased medical and workers'
compensation expenses are all examples of these issues. Employees who abuse drugs
or alcohol may make a workplace more turbulent and hazardous, as well as exposing
companies to legal risk.
