M&F: Wa’alaikumsalam, good morning nurse

N1: I’m karolin and my partner is Luthi. We are the nurse on duty today.

N2: Hello, my name is luthi. You are ms. Khori and mr. ikha right?

M&F: Yes nurse.

N2: the little girl right here is mifta right? We are the nurses that met you yesterday. Do you still
remember us, mifta?

P: Yes, I do nurse

N2: good mifta, how are you feeling today mifta?

P: I’m feeling so weak nurse

N2: ohh dear. did you eat your breakfast?

P: yes, I did nurse

N2: Ohh good job mifta. Now, you can take a rest on your bed, okay?

P: Okay nurse

N1: Could you tell us about mifta’s condition today, Ms khori?

M: Yes nurse. My daughter still has a fever. she looks very pale and weak. she said she got a
headache and she felt short of breath.

N1: Ohh, I also can see it too. She still looks very pale and weak.

M: Yes nurse.

N1: Mr. ikha and Ms. Khori. At this time, my partner and I would like to convey the results of
the laboratory test from Mifta's blood that we did yesterday. but before I say it, are you willing to
accept even if the results are good or bad?

F: Yes, ofcourse nurse.

N1: Ok. From the results of the laboratory examinations that have been carried out, the results of
your child's leukocytes are more than normal, platelets and Hb are low. We suspect that your
daughter is suffering from leukemia, but for the exact results we will do a BMP examination.

F: what kind of examination is that, nurse? If my daughter suffers from this disease, can it be
cured, nurse?

N1: BMP is an examination by taking a sample of fluid in the spine, it is done when the patient
has signs of blood disorders, such as a decrease or increase in the number of one or all three
blood cells. Before the action, she will be anesthetized first. Regarding leukemia, there is a
possibility to be cured. We’ll see the development of your daughter by doing therapy, namely
chemotherapy and blood transfusions. So, do you agree or not if your daughter is carried out the
examination?

M: Please do your best, nurse. The important thing is that my child can get better.

N1: Okay, we'll do the examination. for a sign of approval, please fill out the form that I gave
and sign it as proof that you both agree.

M: Okay nurse

N2: alright Mr. ikha and Ms khori. That’s all from both of us. Is there anything else that you
want to ask?

F: No, there isn’t nurse

N2: alright, thank you so much for your cooporation. We’ll see you tomorrow. Assalamualaikum
