I write this letter to complain about noise from apartment 3 C. And i will move Into apartment
2 C on November 1. Since i moved in, my upstairs neighbors have played stereo loudly
every night.

I asked them to turn it down several Times already. However, they didnt stoped the noise
yet.

I am a student, and i study every night. I Wil be fail my exams next mounth unless this noise
stops.

Please, talk to my neighbor and ask them to turn down their stereo after 09:00.

Rosemary dare is wildlife photographer. She lived in Uganda for many years.She had been
