Every profession has its ethics guide. Some professions are based on their ethical

guidelines to monitor behavior. The ethical issue pharmacists are facing is the addiction of drugs,

aging populace, more responsibilities, and changing demographics. According to (Robert

Morello), Pharmacists interact with countless patients, doctors, and third-party insurance

companies daily. They are on the front lines of patient treatment and as such run into issues and

problems that other medical professionals do not. As the industry and the way drugs are used to

evolve, the problems faced by pharmacists evolve along with them. Furthermore, there are some

ethical issues that IT professionals face too. The issue of privacy, ownership, control, accuracy,

and security. According to (Jeff Relkin), should employees be told to what extent their behavior

is monitored? How much effort and expense should managers incur in considering questions of

data access and privacy? Does the availability of information justify its use? He examines these

and other ethical concerns facing today's IT manager.
