How to prevent wall damage from pipes by taking precautions when building?

Result
A solution was figured to prevent wall damage, which was caused by pipes.
The solution is utilizing a leak detection system.
The leak detection system is known as an engineering system that is used to detect the location
of material leaking out of the pipelines, therefore, to warn the user of the leak condition, where
this technology is based on sensor strategy, which is related to temperature or pressure sensor
systems, it monitors the flow of the fluid through the pipeline until unusual movement occurs,
then the system will discover the exact location of the leak to start restraining the water.

Methodology
There are four different types of leak detection systems, which works between high smart
technology and fundamental crucial systems, that is connected to the house. The first step begins
with connecting the system with the house smart hub or WIFI network, the second step is placing
the sensors in multiple places with considering the space available and length of cable ,moreover,
the most advised places to place the leak sensors are, by washing machines, near hot water
heaters and under sinks in bathroom or kitchen and more , the third step is locating the source of
the leak, where the most known places are, for instance water heater, damaged roofing material
and pipes.
Since the four types of systems varies in their process, such as the simplest system ,which is
known as the basic leak detection, where once it detects a leak, it will sound an alarm, along with
using Home Monitoring Connected Leak Detection Systems, which are recognized as the sensors
that is connected to the home security system ,which is supervised by an alarm company,
therefore, once the water gets in contact with the sensors, it will be sent to the company, where
they will send it to the owners of the house, it will be delivered to them as a notification in a
particular app in their smartphones. In addition, Integrated Smart Home Leak Detection Systems,
that is similar to the second type, however, the owner could call the plumber to rush to the house
to locate and stop the leak by using the information, which is available in the leak detection
smart app of the owner.

 The first step begins with connecting the system with the house smart hub or WIFI
network.
 The second step is placing the sensors in multiple places with considering the space
available and length of cable.
 The third step is locating the source of the leak, where the most known places are, for
instance, water heater, damaged roofing material, and pipes.
 The fourth step is detecting a leak, where the water touches the sensors then reports back
to the system, such as in figure 1 (permalert, n.d., p.1).
 The fifth step is alarming a sound.
 lastly is receiving a message through an app or the smart security of the house.
