A teacher named Hyder Raza in SBBU, Sanghar Campus has created abusive and hostile work

environment. He did use verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature. He had sexually
demeaning attitude while saying to the boys, I would make you marry publicly to whomever you
want. He misconducted while unreasonably interfering with our work performance and created
an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment.
He discriminated in between us with respect to his favorite two female students in term of some
personal relationship with them. (He favors both intimate friends (Sehar and Maham), it can be
testified by their (priority, privilege) high level marks in his subject).
Note: the students (Sehar and Maham) should be asked- either they have been pressurized for
making some personal relationship in terms of privilege and high marks or nothing like this.
We had been abused and discriminated in our English department at SBBU, Sanghar Campus.
We complained against him in the university, but we were not believed during investigations, we
were required to bring some proofs. How could we record or even made video when he mentally
or psychologically tortured us at the moment? But this is a major proof that there was not only
one case but several cases were registered against him from female students: Anum Shafi, (she
was mentally tortured) Hafsa Mushtaque, Sadia Rehman, Meena Arshad, Noor, Saira and Rabia
Arain (Rabia was tortured with abusive language like Apny yaar k sath kab bhaago ge). But the
perpetrator was supported in high places. We were urged to keep silent. We were offered high
marks (3cgp) in exam, which was quite against to our decision.
We were given warnings by Hyder Raza- those who make complaint against me, they can easily
make it- because (Kise ka Baap bhi mera kuch nh bigaar skta). In fact, it became true, in spite
of such cases against him, he is still enjoying his abusive, harass and discriminate mental
programming with the female students.
Please save us (female students) from this dirty environment in the university and reinvestigate
some old cases from the victims.
