Hard work and Industry- Because if I I would develop this character by always being motivated to

have a job, I always try to do my work in do my works and responsibilities. Also, I would keep myself

am very diligent when it comes to my
responsibilities. I also don’t mind
STRENGTH spending extra hours if I have to, or if I
am needed at work. I also like making use
of my time in a productive way, so if in
case there is an opportunity for me to
have a side hustle, I will definitely go for

Extreme Personalism- This is something I I would improve this weakness by always reminding myself
have been working on every time I find to not take things personally, because there is a high chance
myself taking things too personally. For that I might be exaggerating things in my head. Also, I would
