Dear Parents,

We are in the process of registering the Grade 11 students for the CBSE Grade 12 AISS Examination-March 2022. The following details are required
by the Board. Kindly check all details including names, spellings, date of birth, optional subjects offered etc. A recent passport size photograph**
with the specifications mentioned below is also required.

**Photograph to be Uploaded in the Acadamis portal (If there is difficulty in uploading the photo, the same may be emailed to the respective class
teacher's email ID).

Important: The verification process and uploading of photograph needs to be completed by Sunday 4th October 2020.

PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATIONS

The photograph should have been taken between 1 st September and 3 rd October 2020.
The Photograph should be colour, in school uniform and of high quality - any visible pixels to be avoided.
The student’s full face must be clearly visible
The head should be positioned directly facing the camera, centred and the student’s picture should comprise 80% of the entire
image.
The photo should be captured from slightly above the top of the hair to the middle of the chest.
The student’s face should be in clear focus and distinguishable from the background. Solid light colour backgrounds are
preferable.
Eyes must be open and looking directly at the camera. Tinted glasses must be avoided unless worn daily for medical purposes.
The photo image file should be in jpg format and the following convention should be used to name the file: Name of the student as
per school records followed by the date of taking the photograph. Eg : Advaith_M_16_09_2020.jpg

Details of the CBSE exam registration fee and the timeline for payment at the school office will be intimated shortly.
