With reference to the CBSE Letter cited above, please read the following instructions carefully :-
(Note – No request will be accepted by CBSE or School for Correction of data in the details of students
once registered in CBSE in Class IX. )
Instructions: - It has been observed that students in or after passing Class X and Class XII are making request to the
CBSE to make the corrections/changes in their personal data viz- their name, date of birth, name of their mother and
father and to issue revised Educational Documents. Their requests are found to be based on several excuses. These
requests are quite difficult to accept by the Schools as well as by the CBSE as these could lead to creation of new
identity.
CBSE has therefore decided that from the Class IX, who would appear in Class X Board Exam, Students should check
all details of registration such as – Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Caste etc, while
getting them registered in CBSE in Class-IX.
Parents/ Students should contact immediately to school office for any discrepancy in the said details of students. Once
registered in CBSE in Class IX, no request will be accepted by the CBSE for correction of data.

Most Important : (Please submit two recent photographs of the candidate in school
Uniform (Regular) as per instructions given below: )

distinguishable from the background. Solid colour backgrounds are best.
*Head should be positioned directly facing camera. * Photo should capture from

form will be accepted by the school office with late fee of Rs. 200/- till 29th Oct. 2020 (Thursday).
