Introduction

The influence of computer is completely revolving all around the world

and is now engaging in businesses aspects. Services which is divided into

many kinds such as maintenance and selling of computer parts. An example of

this is the WIZMASTER COMPUTER SALES, a corporation which was

established on November 2000 and was duly certified by the Department of

Trade and Industry. It was established as a single proprietorship firm and later

changed to a corporation last August 6, 2009.

The firm’s main thrust is in the area of selling of computer units and its parts

as well as giving technical support or after sales services. It is the supplier of

computer units and peripherals in Iligan City and its neighboring towns and

cities. In late 2000, the firm was established to provide technical support to

Petronas and Dasmariñas Corporation which prompted the proprietor of the

firm to apply for a business permit as computer sales and services to operate in

Iligan City. That same year, the DTi permit was granted as well as BIR permit

and the permit from the Office of the Mayor of Iligan City. Since then and until

now, the firm operated and was able to supply computers and its peripherals to

Iligan City and its neighboring towns and municipalities here in Mindanao

including even those municipalities in Surigao area and the province of

Zamboanga del Sur. Wizmaster corporation also has an own technical support
shop which is known to be the Wiztronix Computer Services Maintenance. The

shop offers maintenance for any computer and printer issues. It can be either

reformat, computer parts repair, installation, printer repair and more.

The shops services were proofs that even in the world of business,

complications of any technology or device could be a good source of income.

But not all the conflicts were that easy to identify or diagnose . Most problems

are software problems and some are definitely hardware problems. And some

can be caused by one of the other according to LeapFrog (2016). They also

stated that if your problem is a software problem that can be easily resolved by

running a repair utility or uninstalling and reinstalling. According also to

Tomar, K (2012), although most complex computer issues at work can often be

solved by the business IT’s support team, there are many other small, but

common, issues that occur on a regular basis on a personal computer such as

blank screen, computer won’t start, abnormally functioning operating system

or software, booting error, slow computer, strange noise, slow internet,

overheating and lastly dropped internet connections. These problems were

commonly encountered by computer users the reasons why computer

technicians were made to restore and solve the issues but there could be the

most common problem that every technician encounters. The very first in the

list that will be soon identified as this study continuous.
