Happy Monday!

This day has been stressful because we need to work faster to finish the entire clip
20-September-
2021 and prepare it to arrange the final look. Today's also the start of editing the PIO Tribute

video spearheaded by Jerald and Mykhael in the technical team. While we are busy doing
INTERNSHIP
the videos, the remaining team members manage the page and do the infographics needed.
DAY 42
Alain and I worked roughly on some areas because some files aren't compatible

with the editor and need to convert.

Three days before the end of the internship journey, we prepare the remaining

21-September- postings and schedule the remaining tasks. We felt that it was like a free week for us,

knowing that the end of our journey in the internship was coming. We just enjoyed the

INTERNSHIP remaining time and days spent finalizing the works needed for posting. Alain and I

finished the video, completed every scene, and arranged every detail required. The video

is not a draft anymore, but a documentary film ready to birth into social media.
The video is quite ready, we just needed some beautification and adjustments on

some contents, and we are good to go for approval and checking. After the video finished

2021 rendering for hours, I finally uploaded it and submitted it to Sir Cardinoza and let it be

examined. Before the day ends, there is a smile on their faces because the final

requirement documentary film was finally approved and ready for posting on social

media. One last grind for our PIO Tribute video, and we have already accomplished the

remaining duty hours on our internship program.

23-September- Last day in service!
2021
Today is our final day to render few hours in our internship program. We

INTERNSHIP scheduled the documentary film for the afternoon and the tribute video for tomorrow by
DAY 45
Jerald after the final polish.

It has been so very exhausting work-from-home experience of On-Job-Training.

 You don't just train your mind to think and work, but you also teach yourself to manage

the time you have to do the different tasks at home and work. This internship program

teaches me how to work from home, a different set-up we didn't ever imagine we could.

We dreamt of participating in other ad companies, massive TV networks, working

overtime on shoots, etc., but because of the pandemic, we are forced to exert much effort

doing all the tasks at home and alone.

It's a good experience having this kind of OJT. We understood what is needed to

value and what is not to, what is more important and urgent. Happy 400 duty hours PIO-

24-September- We spend all day eating and celebrating our good works. We even extend our

celebration by giving Sir Cardinoza some gifts to enjoy with his officemates. I have so

INTERNSHIP much to talk to, but I would have it remain in my happy memories. The ten weeks are paid
