ingredient GNP and LNR were ultrasonicated for 104 hours at 290W power.
Final mixing of PP, NR and LNR/GNP mixture is carried out
for 13 minutes at a temperature of 180C with a rotating screw speed of
100rpm. The PP/NR/LNR matrix is made with a ratio of 70:20:10 while
the GNP varied as much as 0.5; 1.0; 1.5; and 2.0 wt%. After mixing,

Procedure varied as much as 0.5; 1.0; 1.5; and 2.0 wt%. After mixing,
the material is then molded by compression molding with hot/cold
pressing. The pressure and pressing time were 6.9 MPa and 18
minutes. While the characterization carried out is tensile test, flexural
test, test impact, XRD test, TGA and DSC test. Results and discussion
Both ultrasonication and volume fraction of GNP increase mechanical
strength of the composite, it's just that the maximum ultrasonication
time is 3 hours and

Results and GNP 1.5%. Meanwhile, the XRD curve shows that 2% GNP
Discussion have a higher degree of crystallinity. As for stability
thermally, the addition of GNP increases the thermal resistance of the
sample. In addition, the conductivity of the material increases at a
much faster rate lower with increasing weight fraction of GNP filler.

Conclusion LNR/GNP pre-ultrasonic treatment at 3 hours was able to distribute

GNP particles in the TPNR matrix better and produce
improvement of mechanical properties. Optimal mechanical properties
at 1.5 wt% GNP.
Meanwhile, in the thermal aspect, GNP has a positive effect on
thermal stability and conductivity properties. The resulting
nanocomposite
exhibits outstanding electrical conductivity compared to
conventional elastomeric mixtures. Thus, it can be concluded
that TPNR/GNP has the potential to be a potential candidate
in conductive applications.
Advantage This article evaluates material properties fairly completely starting
from the
mechanical, thermal to electrical. Results found per each
the nature of showing continuity or a good relationship so that the
results
research can be said to be successful.

Deficiency Does not assess the optical properties and sensitivity to moisture of
the material
nanocomposite.
