The participants to this activity are the Education Program Supervisors, Schools Division Coordinators in-charge of the learning areas and select LR Development and Quality Assurance Team of this Schools Division. 4. The participants are expected to bring the following materials: laptops; GLAKs soft and hard copies; extension cords drawing pens/tablets (for illustrators only) printer/s (per learning area) bond paper (per learning area) repogp 5. All participants are required to wear facemasks and faceshields, and regularly sanitize themselves with appropriate disinfectants in the entire duration of the workshop. 6. The Education Program Supervisors (EPSs) and Schools Division Coordinators (SDCs) in-charge of the learning areas shall lead the quality assurance and monitor the entire duration of the workshop. 7. Ready -to-print GLAKs in word and pdf files with the accomplished evaluation tools and summary of findings and quality assured video lessons shall be collected by the EPSs or SDCs in-charge of the learning areas who shall then forward all the copies to EPS-LRMDS for compilation. 8. Service credit or Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) equivalent to one (1) day shall be given to participants for their services rendered on a holiday (February 25) per DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003, re: Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to teachers, teacher- participants who render services during the conduct of activities which may fall on weekends, holidays, or special non- working days are entitled to service credits equivalent to eight hours of service per day and per Civil Service Commission (CSC) and Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Non-Monetary Renumeration for Overtime Service rendered. 11. Transportation expenses of the participants shall be charged against Schools Division/School MOOE or any available local funds subject to the usual _ accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 12.
