Generally, mindset may be defined as an established collection of attitudes that is maintained by a
person or simply a person’s viewpoint and style of thinking. Mindset has a very significant part in
defining the behavior of an individual and the overall success or failure of a person in life. People's
ideologies and views vary on a variety of topics. People who are more upbeat and driven are more likely
to succeed or, at the very least, to produce better outcomes. In this topic, we will be looking at the
positive and negative attitudes in order to gain more knowledge about them and be able to know which
is the ideal mindset to adopt and apply in our life.

A growth mindset a person’s view, attitude or philosophy that information, understanding and skills may
be rebuilt. A person thinks and is certain that they may grow cleverer, smarter and gifted by exerting
more effort in their everyday activities when this is the situation. On the other hand, a fixed mindset is a
view that knowledge and skills are generally fixed and that there is no possibility that a person may
improve his degree of intellect or extend his ability to obtain greater levels of comprehension.

Generally, the most significant difference between people with positive mindsets and negative mindset
is that, those who believe that they can attain more intelligence are likely to put more efforts in order to
achieve it, while those with fixed mindset settle for what they have and finally end up stagnating in their
lives. Growth mindset helps a person to establish more distinct and attainable objectives which may be
unclear as they think that they can accomplish more and more However, development mindset should
be more focused on objectives and accomplishments rather than simply putting efforts which are
worthless.
