1. IMPORTANCE OF CRITICAL THINKING IN SOCIAL WORKPLACE.

Critical thinking is the process of using skills to analyze information which is either from

observing, experience or even reasoning from communication. It is therefore important in

making decisions or improving decisions. Consequently, it helps workers to know how they

should treat or how they should work with their clients smoothly and peacefully. Workers who

practice critical thinking, critical thinkers, are happy as they understand themselves and their

goals together with their clients.

2. FEMINISM

Feminism is simply the belief in having equal rights for all genders. In feminist practices,

it is believed that there is no difference between a woman and a man in the view of rights. A

woman has an equal right to those of a man socially, economically and or politically. A woman

is believed to act upon any opportunity as a man does. Feminism can therefore be concluded that

in all aspects, women are equal to men in society.

3. DOING GENDER
3

Gender is viewed as knowing the characteristics of men, women, boys and girls.

Different societies have different believes on what it means to be a man or a woman. Doing

gender is therefore behaving in a particular way through the practice of certain specific norms of

one specific gender form. There are specific practices meant for certain gender forms. For

example, females are obliged to behave or practice specific actions prohibited to the male

gender. Female and male leaders in the community made modeling to individuals in gender

practices. These feminine and masculine leaders were mainly the grandfather and grandmother.

For example, girls were taught how to prepare meals while men modeled on how to feed cattle.
