        Grade Level Manifestations/Characteristics of Passive Strategies (explain how it will be implemented)

Learners
Grade 8 Most of the passive learners are more dependent
on what the teacher will give them. They tend to
avoid the responsibility in learning and only limits
themselves to what is expected to get good grades.
To make ways to eliminate these habits of learners is to
create activities and give real-world tasks. By which
students are actively engaged in solving problems on their
own and focused on what is important to learn. Thus, it
will make students actively engaged.

Grade 8 Most of the passive learners are teacher-centred,
likes to always receive information without giving
feedback or sharing their own thoughts about a
certain topic.
The best way for an English teacher to manage a passive
learner is to create a question-and-answer activity, for
which students are encouraged to share their own ideas
and perceptions. Also, by having a group activity will
build up their communication as well as their collaboration
skills. This way, we can have an active learners that will
actively participate and get involved in the learning
process.
Grade 7 Passive learners are most likely do not participate
or answer the activities given by their teachers.
They do not set their camera on, even if their
teacher instruct them to.
Grade 7 Passive learners are mostly those students who has
low socio-economic status. They are the ones who
have a limited access to education. They cannot
easily use digital tools that the teacher is using in
her activities.
The teacher must integrate rewards on her classes. It is
because, this will somehow motivate the passive learners
to speak up their answers. Also, rewards with compliments
will be great a help to encourage learners to be active.
Teacher must be flexible and considerate with their
students status. It is because not everyone is privileged. So
if the students cannot get an access to her digital tools
used, she must find alternatives to retain the interests of
her students.
