“Shop Now Pay Later”: A Study about the Shipping Reference among the Senior High School
students of STI Quezon Avenue

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY:


 To observe which one is better by purchasing a product.
 To identify certain items and services that are handy or delivered when and where wished.
 To perceive their needs, manage the requisition method and source competitive prices, and usually act
as controllers provide to make sure adherence to budgets.
 To determine if the shipping method of services is preferable than to shop directly at the store
 To know what is more helpful for the millennials in terms of buying their needs.

RESEARCH OVERVIEW:

Our goal is to prove what is more convenient for the millennials in terms of buying their needs. Our
target respondents were aged 16-20 years old Senior High School student of STI College Quezon Avenue. This
research will be able to manage the benefits in the mind of the consumers that are very smart and showing
lots of interest in doing online shopping, because it saves time, easy payment and it shows many options to
choose best of the best of his/her choice of product. The factors such as Information about the product, Ease
of use, Satisfaction, Security/Privacy and Proper usage.
On the other hand, some go for offline shopping, some for online and many go for both kind of
shopping. Online shopping is method of electronic commerce for conducting businesses. It is shifted from real
market to digital market and present all business doing businesses over the internet. Some off the costumer
go purchasing offline to examine the product and hold the possession of the product just after the payment, in
this contemporary world customers loyalty depends upon the consistent ability to deliver quality, value and
satisfaction. The focus of the study is on the consumers choice to shop on internet and at the traditional stores
at the information gaining period. Consumer should decide the channel for them which can best suit to their
need and wants and which can satisfy them.
