In making the spaghetti dish, I prepared first the ingredients which are: 1. 2 kg pasta, 1.4
kg spaghetti sauce, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 whole onion, 3/4 kg Pork giniling, 16 pcs. small
hotdogs, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 2 tbsp. sugar, water, and oil. First, I boiled the water
inside a Large casserole pan with salt and oil. While I wait for it to boil, I chopped the garlic
and onions into small pieces using the pull and chop equipment. Next, I chopped the
hotdogs diagonally. After the water has boiled, I put the pasta and mix it so it will prevent
from sticking. After the pasta was cooked, I drained it then set it aside. Then I started
cooking the spaghetti sauce. First, I put the oil then I sautéed the garlic and onion. After that,
I put the pork giniling then add the salt and pepper to taste. Afterwards, I put the hotdogs
then I let it cook for a while. Next, I put the spaghetti sauce and put the sugar then mix it
well. After mixing it well and letting it cook, I started doing the plating and I putted cheese on
top. If I were to describe my learning experience it was really fun and meaningful because I
have learned to cook a new and easy pasta dish and at the same time I cooked for my
family.
