Background
On June-July 2021, the second wave of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia
had recorded the biggest daily increase with more than 50,000 cases.
It was estimated that new strains of SARS-COV-2 knowns as variant
of concern had contributed to the second wave of the cases.
There are still limited data of clinical profiles for pediatric Covid-19
in Indonesia related to those variants.

To identify clinical profiles during second
wave of cases in RSDCWAK

Conclusion
Second wave of Covid-19 cases presented more as multi-organ symptoms in
RSDCWAK. Multiple symptoms presented with younger age may become a clinical
concerned for pediatrician for becoming severe cases. Further studies are needed for
better understanding about pediatric Covid-19 in new variants.
