The following notable changes were made to support the May 2021 Publication.

Work Request 20-000432 Fresh Fruit & Vegetables

• This work request was elaborated to reflect current business needs, a better reflection of legislation what is covered by “Fresh” fruit and vegetables
• Created 50 new Bricks, 4 classes and 2 Families

Work Request 21-000064 Raw Materials

• This work request was created to be aligned with the Egypt taxation authority regarding raw materials
• New Segment and Class Created
• Total of 28 new Bricks created

Work Request 21-000115 Coffee and Coffee Substitutes

• To have a more intuitive Schema, leveraging the Industry’s language and allowing the users to easily assign the correct GPC, changes were made for Coffee bricks.
• New Class created – Coffee/Coffee Substitutes (existing Coffee and Coffee Substitutes bricks were moved to the new class)
• 2 new bricks created to identify Capsules and pods products
o Coffee – Capsules/Pods
o Coffee Substitutes – Capsules/Pods

Work Request 21-000116 Tea and Infusions/Tisanes

• To have a more intuitive Schema, leveraging the Industry’s language and allowing the users to easily assign the correct GPC, changes were made for Tea bricks.
• New Class created – Tea and Infusions/Tisanes (existing Tea and Fruit Herbal Infusions bricks were moved to the new class)
• 2 new bricks created to identify Capsules and pods products
o Tea – Capsules/Pods
o Fruit Herbal Infusions/Tisanes – Capsules/Pods

Work Request 21-000117 Dish Care

• To have a more intuitive Schema, leveraging the Industry’s language and allowing the users to easily assign the correct GPC, changes were made for Dish bricks.
• New Class created – Dish Care (All Dish products for Manual Dish and Automatic Dishwasher are now included in this new class)
