One of the things that I do for be healthier each day is doing exercise For example,
some routines of abs and squats some benefits of doing sit-ups are:
Weight loss
Squats Benefits:
Increase strength
Burns fat
Increase resistance
Strengthens the joints, however, exceeding doing these exercises is not good
because we can hurt or damage many muscles in our body and not obtain the
desired results, Some Consequences that could occur are:
Neck discomfort, cervical pain, back pain, Knee injuries and leg muscles
for this reason although we must be regular and constant we must never overdo it.
For this reason doing sit-ups 3 or 4 times a week is very good, we can do squats
more frequently in the week according to our body resists
The aforementioned along with a balanced diet can even lengthen our lives.
THIS IS FOR THOSE STUDENTS WHO DIDN`T SUBMIT THEIR HOMEWORK.
