Revisions to Postal Services

To enhance our products and services, Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) will be making changes
to the existing suite of postal services.

Revisions to International Mail Rate with effect from 2 December 2019

Due to increased international postal settlement costs, SingPost will be revising postage rates for
international mail.

Revisions to Domestic Services with effect from 2 December 2019

1. New services: Basic Package and Tracked Package
2. To better reflect our offerings of each service category, SingPost will be renaming the following:
- Ordinary Mail will now be known as Basic Mail
- Registered Article will now be known as Registered Service
3. Basic Mail and Registered Service (Singapore) will only apply to letters and printed papers
weighing up to 500g
