THE bully-boy bluffing tactics of NSW Health

Minister Brad Hazzard have been exposed in
the ongoing case in the NSW Supreme Court
because his barrister has been forced to admit
the government “is not forcing” key workers to
get mandatory vaccination.
All the while, Hazzard, Chant and company

and their media cheer squad have been telling
the people of NSW “the government is making
vaccines mandatory”. But that is one big con
Hazzard’s bullying tactics are coming back to haunt and one big lie. No, they are “not forcing
him. mandatory vaccinations” because they can’t.
They don’t have any such lawful right, except
in the most extreme, individual circumstances.
What Hazzard’s lawyer told the court is a defacto admission that our right at common law to informed
consent to medical treatment prevails over the so-called “orders” and “directions” of chief health officers
over the general population.
As pointed out by Mike Palmer of Know Your Rights

lawyers, in Australian state law such orders lawfully only apply when a health officer identifies an
individual deemed to be a threat to public health who is issued with a court-approved quarantine or
treatment order.
The admission has exposed the fact that Hazzard and his so-called health minister colleagues and CHOs
in other states have been using unlawful coercion and bullying of the general population to push the
mass vaccination experiment. The stunning court developments have been ignored by all but one
mainstream media channel, the online Daily Mail UK (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-

But word is getting out and the media and the remaining tyrant premiers are panicking, trying to defend
their position. The new conservative Catholic NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet is no doubt briefed on the
court case and is pushing economic recovery to fix Hazzard and Berejikilian’s trail of destruction –

which includes the lives of those maimed or killed by the experimental mRNA and other COVID
vaccines.
The Daily Mail UK report was headlined “Bombshell as court hears no one in NSW HAS to get Covid
jab”. The Australian mainstream media ignored this development, instead, wailing about the loss of
Berejiklian and attacking Perrottet, one day into his new job.
Hazzard’s smirking but probably very nervous barrister Jeremy Kirk explained to the court that
“mandatory jabs are simply a way to become exempt from some lock down laws and workers can
choose not to be vaccinated but then will stay in strict lock down.” Oh how very nifty Mr Kirk. But that’s
not how your client put it to the people of NSW.
“There is no requirement for vaccination,” Kirk told the court. “There is a condition on the exception (to
the stay-at-home orders) which people can take advantage of, or not.” He went on to say the state
probably did have the power to force people to be vaccinated if ‘some terrible disease’ like Ebola were
threatening society.
Yes Mr Kirk, that’s right. The right at common law to informed consent to medical treatment can only be
overridden when someone or some group shows up with Ebola or some other plague and in these rare
cases where there is a clear, serious public health threat, the medical officer gives an order, backed up by
a court, for action to be taken e.g. quarantine or vaccination.
The case before Justice Robert Beech-Jones involves 10 complainants including a teacher, health care
worker and mechanic, who are challenging the legality of the government edicts which “require”
teachers and aged care workers to be vaccinated before returning to work and force some workers to be
vaccinated against their will to be able to go to work.
They’re also fighting orders requiring authorised workers to prove they’ve been vaccinated before they
can leave so-called coronavirus hotspots in Sydney and that Hazzard had no power to sign off on them.
NSW teachers and care workers have been told they must be vaccinated by November 8, or they won’t
be allowed to attend schools and aged care workers “also need to have received at least one dose before
the end of the month” with health care workers “having until the end of November to get both doses”.
Closing submissions in the case were heard last Wednesday October 6th. We await the judge’s rulings
with interest.
Update: The comments we previously attributed to Professor Kristine Macartney who is a witness in this
case appear to be incorrect and have been deleted. AFL Solicitors has advised: “This did not originate
from AFL and we do not endorse that message. The statements made by Know your rights are not in the
transcript.” Cairns News apologises for the error.

of a disease to be classed a a ‘case’. Death certificates are being reported as covid cause of death for

So looking to see how the Judge will deliberate as long working for the people then this could really
flip everything on its head. That would mean there cannot be Vaccine Mandates for a Provisionally

This seems like good news for NSW. I gather what happens in NSW, stays in NSW? Being from Vic it
would be nice if there were similar cases going on here delivering similar outcomes. It’s quite scary at
present. I guess one could draw parallels in that if it’s not mandatory in NSW then it can’t be

C) the program has been a waste of time and money?

In Alberta, Canada, April 2020, the gov quietly passed Bill 10 which allows gov officials to pass any

I worked as a SLSO ( school Learning Support Officer) fancy name for a teachers aide for the last 15
years.
I worked at 3 various schools. Birchgrove, Rozelle and south Coogee Public School.
I worked with special needs children and I absolutely loved my job. I was very good at my job and
was very much appreciated and popular by students, their parents, teachers, office staff and so on.
My contract was terminated in a second on 27/7/2021 due to COVID rules. I am struggling with
mental health as I’ve had my gorgeous children ripped out of my hands, I’ve lost my job and
livelihood, I’ve lost my colleges as they’ve all been gaged. I’ve lost my trust in people and am hurting
beyond words. I am a good person and love helping and supporting the less fortunate and what the
department of education has done to me and many like me is NOT OK. I’m sad all the time where I
was such a happy person. Full of energy and positive always. They have destroyed me and my
family. My children are so worried for me. I’m 61 years old and how and where do I go for
employment? I’m on jobseeker which only pays $630 a fortnight. I am devastated beyond words.
Your honour please find it in your heart to help us. What is going on in Australia and the Australian

I am very happy with a huge amount of information Cairns News has been giving us but the story
about the USA Supreme court stating the information about the Covid Pathogen being unsafe etc. I
believe it is totally unsafe and has definitely not been thoroughly tested and I wanted to get more
information about what the USA Supreme Court stated. That is why I tried to search it out but was
unable to find the info. I am still unable to find out anything about the QF25 Coast Guard boat that
seems to have gone missing on the Voyage from Seisia to Cairns. Further I have just been advised

Meybe you could do another public interest story as to how a third wold country like India is
opening up due the the govt issuing and ivermectin pack to every adult in many states. This

fighting a mandate, but I don’t see how to get transcripts (I am not in Australia but a Commonwealth
cousin).

We all know that flu and cold viruses mutate frequently. The vaccine against the flu has to be “done”
twice a year to be up-to-date. For the common cold group of viruses, in more than 60 years we never
succeeded at making an effective vaccine. Because they modify themselves (they mutate) very
frequently.
They mutate even faster than the famous HIV, for which after 30 years of hard research, we only start
to test and see the possibility for an effective vaccination.
A recent study (PNAS) analyzing only the latest version of the virus from 160 Covid19 patients
already saw 3 major viral groups, and 101 different genetic sequences. All this divergence occurred in
patients ONLY and in a few months. Another study (from Johns Hopkins) reports a mutation rate of
around 1/1000 RNA bases/yr, this would mean for a 30kbase genome, around 30 variants per year.
While it is likely that scientist can find some sequences in the virus that could be more stable and
thus candidates for a vaccine (see Shang ref. below), announcing the vaccine, as the ‘way’ out of this
pandemic is absolute mis-information. And actually some mutations may even attenuate the virus,
and
make it less dangerous, some other mutations may make it spread faster.
A vaccine development may take close to 1 year, and then what? Injections 3 times a year, and having
ALL the side effects if we were to rush testing? Dr. A. Fauci (Former Head of Infectious Diseases at
the NIH, Bethesda, USA) did mention both a possible but very optimistic timeline.
…………………In the same manner, explaining that we could eradicate this virus – this means
wiping out the virus FOREVER from the planet – is not correct, even not possible. We could eradicate
the Poxvirus totally from our planet, and we are nearing the full eradication of the Poliovirus, only
because we – humans – are the only hosts/victims of those 2. But when a virus can choose between
species like most members of this family (that can go between humans, bats, pangolins, rodents…
but also cats, tigers, dogs…), eradication is just IMPOSSIBLE. We would have to vaccinate all

A: In 2014, a lady in Edmonton submitted a freedom of information request to Health Canada asking
for studies relating to the addition of hydrofluorosilisic acid (industrial waste fluoride acid) to public
drinking water (water fluoridation). HealthCanada’s response indicated that they had no studies
whatsoever to back up their claims that the practice is safe or effective.
So in May 2020 I began submitting FOI requests for any record held by the respective institution that
describes the isolation/purification of the alleged “COVID-19 virus” from an unadulterated sample
taken from a diseased patient, by anyone, anywhere on the planet.
…………Q: How many public health and government agencies have you queried with FOIA
requests?
A: I have personally queried and received responses from 22 Canadian institutions. These are public
health institutions, universities that claim to have “isolated the virus”, and 3 police services – due to
their enforcement of “COVID-19” restrictions. I have also personally received responses from several
institutions outside of Canada including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and
Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). I await responses
from a number of additional institutions.

virus”. They simply assume that patient samples contain “it” (based on meaningless PCR tests). They

This is misinformation. The reference in your article that the witness Dr Kristine Mcartney stated that
COVID vaccine could have potential impacts on pregnant woman and child is wrongly reported. The
witness referred to the Vaccine Handbook in which it is stated that live vaccines (Chickenpox,
Measles, Rubella etc.) could have impacts on pregnant women and baby. It was clearly stated that
this did not include COVID vaccines as they are not ‘live vaccines’. Equally the reference that the
‘vaccinated are 13 times more likely to catch and spread the virus than an unvaccinated person’ is a
fiction. This was not stated in the court proceedings by that witness Dr Kristine Mcartney.

enough research to be correct), there has not been a valid Governor General since 2/2/1960. That
being the case there is now NO valid sitting judge appointed by the monarch or her emmisary in
Australia, all are bought and paid for by the AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT CORP. For a judge
(justice) to be valid he/she would have to have been appointed by the G.G. on or before 2/2/1960 and

The 2 year death rate of those dying WITH or FROM covid in Australia is approximately the same as
the 1 year road fatality death rate, i.e. approximately 600 people per annum or HALF of the
Australian annual road toll of around 1200.
Compare that 600 with the annual Australian flu deaths of around 1250 in 2017 BEFORE the flu was
“eradicated” to almost zero deaths and replaced by covid.
The figures suggest that the quoted 60% sheeple loathe the smell of coffee and rather love the smell of
BS.
It’s their choice, they’re entitled to it as much as anyone else is entitled to theirs. But forcing their

Haven’t read all the comments (most) and am surprised that no-one has mentioned the
Commonwealth Constitution 52 (xxiiiA).
” To require a person to do something which he may lawfully decline to do but only at the sacrifice of

practical compulsion amounting to conscription in the case of services required by Parliament to be
rendered to the people. If Parliament cannot lawfully do this directly by legal means it cannot

which the individual is left no real choice but compliance.” (at p293)
I have no legal training but in plain English this seems to say that if you are not lawfully bound to
have a vaccine the Parliament cannot indirectly coerce you to have a vaccine. Hazzard is admitting
that this is what he is doing which is unconstitutional!

Premier Gladys Berejiklian resigned seven days ago. All is being revealed, for the world to see . . . for
those interested . . . filings in the NSW Supreme Court case on mandatory vaccination.
The lead vaccine researchers driving all government policy in Australia received $65,330,038 in
government grants covering 2020-2023. Grants of this size are unprecedented. Remember when Clive
Palmer MP said in a press conference two weeks ago that Gladys Berejiklian was being paid tens of
millions of dollars by a lobbyist in Sydney?
Notice that the name “K Macartney” appears next to every single one of the grants. This is referring
to Professor Kristine Macartney who is a paediatrician specialising in infectious diseases and
vaccinology at the University of Sydney. She is also a director of the National Centre for
Immunisation Research & Surveillance (NCIRS). Most revealingly, she is also a member of the
Advisory Committee on Vaccines (ACV) of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Yep, the
same TGA that BANNED lvermectin as an early treatment option for treating COVlD despite its high
efficacy in other countries. Prof. Kristine Macartney has also acted as an expert consultant to the
[eugenicist] Rockefeller’s World Health Organisation (WHO), [funded by eugenicist] Bill Gates’
Foundation.
She was also one of the contributing authors of a peer-reviewed paper entitled “Constructing an
ethical framework for priority allocation of pandemic vaccines.” Now you know why cheap, proven

I don’t follow you – can you check and quote exactly where and exactly that stated?.
Nothing in Section 52 and neither in Section 51, thus:
(xxiiiA) the provision of maternity allowances, widows’ pensions, child endowment, unemployment,
pharmaceutical, sickness and hospital benefits, medical and dental services (but not so as to
authorize any form of civil conscription), benefits to students and family allowances;
