  Annual headcount increase of more than 10% in the last 3 years
  Before GlobalEnglish/BELIT implementation - different methodologies to
assess candidates’ English skills across the region

BELIT X SECOND LANGUAGE POLICY

  Based on BELIT results, employees are encouraged to engage in


English class, in case of improvement need.

  All employees under Second Language Program – non GlobalEnglish


users – need to be assessed in BELIT every 6 months to be entitled to a
full reimbursment and to guarantee continuous learning.
