Dear HVAC employer,

My name is Ellie Lochner and I am from Pierz wanting to start training to acquire a
position within your company. The position I am interested in is a service technician,
I would love to do different types of service jobs. I discovered this opportunity
through one of my classes and have also been told by my mother that this type of work
would be a good route to go on if I didn’t want to go to college.

I don’t have much training experience other than some shop classes and helping my
father and grandfather when they ask for help. My father is a plumber and does some
heating and machine fixes from time to time but if he asks for my help on a job it is
usually to help dig for laying pipe, so the training would be very helpful.

The reason I think that I am a good fit for this job is because I am loyal to my work
and don’t want to dupe anyone out of money or their time. I make sure to get the job
done right or as best I can in as little time possible. I show up early to work days
to get prepared for the day and so I know what to do/ get started on. Another couple
good qualities of mine are that I am a good listener, fast learner, I am a good
communicator, and that I am good with people. Those qualities make me a good employee
and all around person for the job.
