In-person Sunday Worship Service Announcements Script Outline

Date: October 24, 2021

- Thank you Worship Team and the volunteers that are serving the Lord today. Welcome TBC Family, Praise
God that we’re all here today. If anyone here who just joined us for the first time, Welcome po to Tacloban
Bible Community. By the way, my name is Clara and I’m here to announce to you some of the activities that
we all need to be reminded of for this week.
First on our announcements:

1.) LIFE Groups

- TBC has a small group called life group where we can grow in the area of leadership, integrity, Faith and
Excellence.
If I’m asked how I would describe a life group in one word, I would say a “Family”. Because……..
If you do not have a life group yet, join one, it’s going to be super fun. To join, just get a copy of the enrolment
form at the back so we can connect you to one of our leaders here in church.
To the life coaches our life group agenda is also available at the back. You may grab a copy for your life groups.
To those who are having their life group here at church, we have rooms you can reserve just contact the TBC
Contact no. for room reservations or for any concerns regarding your LIFE Group
2.) Tithes and Offerings
- In Proverbs 10:6 Blessings are on the head of the righteous, Remember We are God’s righteousness
in Christ Jesus. Therefore, we are irreversibly blessed today and forever. God has blessed us, and
nobody can reverse that blessing.
- So now church, because of these blessings, we can joyfully GIVE to the Lord through our tithes and
offerings.
- We have tithes envelope located at the God’s Share Box at the back.

3.) TBC Lounge- We all have heard about this project, and I am excited for this. The purpose of this is to have a
place for evangelism. A Place for Tambayan for everyone instead of going to other places and for the
beautification of TBC to attract people especially the new generation and of course a place for our church
activities
- The Picture on the screen is the design with the total budget that we will be needing
- This is only for the first phase which is the USC Area
- Phase 2 will be presented next week for the final design. Abangan.
- For those who want to donate money and materials just contact our TBC contact number or you may
include it to your tithes and offerings but make sure you put the amount and what specific material you
want to donate. For example: …………………..
- We have a tarp posted at the back for more details of the budget needed.
- Let’s be part of this project. Any amount will do.
4.) Intercessory Ministry
-This is a ministry ready to back us up in prayers. If we have concerns that needs to be prayed for, don’t
hesitate to get a piece of paper where we can write our prayer concerns and drop it in the red box at the back.
Let’s also continue to pray for our TBC Lounge. May God work in and through us in this amazing project. Let us
work hand in hand to bring glory to our heavenly Father.

5.) Annual Business Meeting

- Notifying all TBC voting members that On October 31, 2021, Sunday, we will be having the TBC Annual
Business Meeting which will immediately start right after the 10:00 Morning Service. Because of this meeting,
we will only have 2 services on that Sunday scheduled at 10:00 in the morning and 5:00 in the afternoon. Let’s
all be guided.
And now, last on our announcement.
6.) Havilah Anniversary
- Before I continue, I’d like to greet the Havilah People a Happy Anniversary. Let’s watch this video
- That would be on Wednesday, October 27, 2021
- 6pm here at TBC Function Hall. Invite your friends and your workmates. See you there!

7.) Fellowship Time
- Please find a partner, discuss with each other this question.
- Ex. What are the blessings you have experienced in your life that you are still grateful for even until now?
- Please be reminded that you can stay and have fellowship with others after the preaching.
