1. LGBTQ discrimination, many people in this country are still being fired harassed and targeted at work because they are
LGBTQ there are many victims of Discrimination about their gender, Raise awareness about these issues and help to reduce the
discrimination faced by LGBTIQ+ communities and be supportive of anyone who chooses to come out.

2.  Gender inequality, this is unequal treatment or perceptions of individuals based on their gender. Don't make assumptions
about people's sexual orientation or gender identity, gender inequality, do not make comments that ridicule, de mean or humiliate
women, black people, indigenous people, or any other historically marginalized groups, and don’t keep quiet if you hear such
comments.

3. Sexual harassment, we all know that this is unwelcome sexual behavior that's offensive, humiliating or intimidating. It can be
written, verbal or physical, and can happen in person. Harassment does not disappear on its own. In fact, it is more likely that
when the problem is not addressed, the harassment will worsen and become more difficult to remedy as time goes on.

4. Gender stereotyping, attributes a set of favorable or unfavorable characteristics, roles, and traits to all members of a social
group based on sex,  A gender stereotype is harmful when it limits women’s and men’s capacity to develop their personal
abilities, pursue their professional careers and/or make choices about their lives. We need to have open discussions at home about
the way chores are divided up, be mindful of the language you use, the way you treat people of different genders, and even the
perspectives you hold on your own abilities and traits.
