Purpose

The purpose of this report is to evaluate of the suitability of Emma Wilson for temporary
employees. This report summaries her personal qualities, communication skills and
achievements related to work during her internship, on the basis of which her
appropriateness depends.

Personal qualities

Emma is the most proficient person among these interviews. She knows how to solve
problems by coming up with workable and effective ideas. Furthermore, she is a self-
confident person who always takes the initiative in all work and finishes her work punctually.
However, it is necessary for her to listen carefully as well as follow instructions of the
monitors before proceeding.

Communication skills

One of the most important reasons makes Emma become a potential staff is her excellent
ability to interact with customers. Although she has been employed in a short period, she
proved herself as an observant and sensitive communicator. For instance, Emma had closed
deal with a demanding client- Mr. Brown, and finally satisfied him with his total experience. In
addition, Emma gets on very well with other workers in the office and she is willing to raise
her voice and share her own opinions whenever need arises.

Achievements

In the workplace, Emma undertakes different roles and always gives many efforts to
accomplish her tasks. Over the latest project of the company, she voluntarily took
responsibility for the promotion of new products and her plan was immensely successful.
She contributed many creative and practical PR strategies which were added to the plan,
thus helping to raise our brand awareness and gain profits.

Recommendation

On the whole, I see that Emma should be promoted to the position of marketing-coordinator.
She is a qualified, enthusiastic and skillful enough to become a permannent employee and
obviously she is an excellent choice for the promotion.
