In many countries, having a place in universities means that you have an assurance of a

good career, and students must try their best to get the diploma. From my perspective, I agree that
university graduates deserve higher salaries compared to other people with lower education levels.

For a variety of reasons, it would be right to pay higher money for employees who are
holding university degrees. Firstly, they have spent most of their leisure time studying instead of
doing their favor. Secondly, a university degree requires a long period of study to acquire
knowledge, skills, and training for at least four years. For instance, doctors are required to complete
a university and usually a minimum of two years training to be able to work in a medical workforce.
Finally, graduates can use specialized knowledge studied at universities to solve problems in the
progression at any enterprise. Understandably, high payments are definitely appropriate for their
sweat and sacrifice.

At the same time, I believe that education also has positive effects on society’s life
concerning social and political aspects. Furthermore, statistics demonstrate that folks with high
education levels additionally play a major role within the scientific achievements compared to those
while not having a university degree. Indeed, well-educated employees who often develop a
country's economy generate job opportunities and make people’s lives easier through innovation in
technologies.

In conclusion, we have no right to decide whether or not people with university

education should get higher pay, and I believe that young people who put their effort to gain
professional knowledge should be paid well.
