People now brush their hair with a comb due to a belief that brushes can harm the hair.
They often use a toothed comb after a bath. Certainly, brushing wet hair is hard. But with a
toothed comb, it becomes easier.

2. Using a brush

A brush is more common during bed time when the hair is dry and free of sweat, water
among other things. They are also often used in curly hairs. Brushes with fine bristles are not
common in the Philippines

3. Fine-Toothed Comb
Fine-toothed combs are commonly used in Asia, especially during ancient times. They
would use it as a hair accessory more than a comb to arrange their hair. This kind of
comb is usually decorated with gems, stones, metal, flowers, and many more. Royal
people can afford a better quality. Red and gold are common colors for royal people
whil;e wooden combs are more common among maids.
