 Supervise the overall operation of business.

costumers.

performance of her employees.
 Performs other specific task as may be required by
the owner or manager.
QUALIFICATION:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in business
operation and marketing.
- Must be willing to work outside office hour.
- Must possess good human relation.
- Must possess a high level of honesty, integrity and
enthusiasm.
- A mature Christian.
TECHNICAL ASPECT
This aspect identifies whether the services
could be rendered at the highest possible
quality with justifiable and affordable cost
that could also satisfy the need of the
costumer.

LOCATION
“DOUGHTY DELIGHTS” is located in
RiverplainsLanitJaro, Iloilo City. The location is
mainly storage of good that are not claimed by the
buyers and for the safety stocks that the manager
intends to maintain for possible storage. The
location then offers another opportunity for
another profitable market from the neighboring
business establishment in the area.
BUSINESS

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

 To attain a sales volume of at least 40 tons of cookies by year 2025.

 To attain a fair share of at least 30 percent target market and


generate an accumulated net income of 1,155,243.35 by 2025.

 To be able to acquire real property to house my own business


establishment starting in sixth year of operation. It has an
estimated budget of 1,250,000 pesos.

 To acquire delivery vehicle at the end of 2022.

 To have a formal organizational structure by 2025.

Factors that are not quantifiable

Some changes in the qualitative and quantitative factors will have a


tendency to lower or increase the expected income of the business.

The following are the factors that need to be put into


consideration:

Inflation Rate
Inflation can really affect the performance of business. It can raise
the prices of goods and commodities, making it hard for the buyer to
purchase at a large volume. Thus, it can decrease the business’ net income.

Fire and other calamities


Fire and other unexpected events can have significant effect on the
business. These occurrences can damage the real properties of the company
like the plant, factory, equipment, and other machines. It can affect our
inventories. In short, it is able to bring significant losses to the business.

Government
It is not only the owner and the employee can earn income in
putting up a business, the government also can. The government can earn its
income from the taxes and revenues paid of the business. The more tax it
collects; the more project it can create.
LEGAL ASPECT

This aspect includes the legal requirements from different


government agencies such as the City Hall, Office of the City
Mayor, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR), and etc.

The Department of Trade Industry (DTI) is the executive


department of the Philippines Government tasked to expand
the country’s trade and industry as the means to generate and
raise income for the people.

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is attached agency


of the Department of finance. It is responsible in the
assessment and collection of all the internal revenue taxes,
fees, and charges. It can also enforce forfeitures, penalties and
fines in connection to its responsibilities in the preceding
statement. The agency also gives effect to and administer
supervisory and police power conferred to it by the National
Internal Revenue Code (NIRC) and special laws.
TAXATION ASPECT
Sole proprietorship business are subjected to graduated

Job title: STORE ASSISTANT

Job description:

 Responsible in managing the store.


 Keep the company's books and record.
 Record every transaction.
 Receive amount from customers who buy immediately.
 Assist in operating the store.
 In charge in delivering the goods to customers.
 Make sure that the goods are delivered to proper
recipients.
 Performs other specific task as may be required by the
owner or manager.

Qualifications:

- Should be 23-35 years old
- Must be willing to work outside office hours.
- Must possess good human relation.

enthusiasm.
