SUBJECT: ATTENDANCE TO 2021 2ND SEMESTRAL BARANGAY ASSEMBLY & 5TH

STATE OF BARANGAY ADDRESS

Pursuant to Section 397 of Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as The New Local Code of
the Government of 1991 requires that there shall be a Barangay Assembly composed of
all persons who are actual residents of the Barangay for at least six (6) months, fifteen
(15) years of age, or over, citizens of the Philippines and duly registered in the list of
Barangay Assembly members, the Sangguniang Barangay of Gubatan, Maco, Davao de
Oro will be conducting “2021 2nd SEMESTRAL BARANGAY ASSEMBLY & STATE OF
BARANGAY ADDRESS”, on October 28, 2021, THRUSDAY @ 1 PM in the afternoon
at Barangay Sports and Cultural Center, Purok Lanzones, Gubatan, Maco, Davao de Oro.

This serves as our “FIRST REGULAR SESSION” for the MONTH of NOVEMBER and
failure to attend shall charge administrative sanction. Please wear COLOR SKY BLUE
UNIFORM.
