Dear Honorable Governor;

The Church can play a vital role in assisting Christians to help others and part of our
existence to act in a moral way. Indeed, the Church can support people who are going
through difficulties, whatever background they may come from.

Good News Foursquare Gospel Church is one of the denominations in Barangay Gubatan,
Maco, Davao de Oro focuses on society’s transformation and spiritual aspects. It also one
of the Civic Society Organization (CSOs) in the Barangay as per DILG Memorandum
Circular No. 2019-116.

In view of this matter, the Good News Foursquare Gospel Church needs to rehabiliate
and imprive their Church situated at Purok Lanzones, Gubatan, Maco, Davao de Oro.
This are the following materials to request from your office;

IRON STEEL 10 MM= 30 PCS IRON STEEL 8 MM= 50 PCS

UNION CEMENT – 70 BAGS GI SHEETS 10 FT = 20 PCS
GI SHEETS 8 FEET = 20 PCS MONOBLOCK CHAIRS = 50 PCS
MARINE PLYWOOD = 50 PCS HOLLOW BLOCK- 300 PCS
