Part 1: Day Trip

Part 2: Park Life


Instrumentalists Play Long Swells in the Key of G Major,
transposed to their
instrument half the
ensemble focuses on the
even degrees of the scale

Piano should not play in
this section.
Electronic part consists of recordings of frogs and sine
tones in the key of G major.

Parts 2 and 3 to be transitioned between as smooth as


possible
Part 3: Bird Watching
Instrumentalists including piano to play staccato notes
in the key of D minor, transposed to their instrument.
People playing Even Degrees in Part 2 should switch to
odd Degrees in This Section and Vice Versa.
Electronic Part Consists of recordings of birds, Various
Sources of Water and Drippy Synths in D Minor.

Part 4: The Zoo is a wild Place


Electronic Part Consisting of the previous 2 parts will
play. Depending on where instrumentalists are placed in
the space they will hear one side of the recording
better than the other. If the frogs are stronger in your
area, play long tones in the key of G Major, if the
Birds are stronger play staccato in Dminor, if both are
about even, play either staccato notes in G major or
Long Tones in D Minor.

Part 5: Swamp Life


Electronic Part From Part 2 is repeated.
Movement in Encouraged During this Part
Instrumentalists are to Play Long Tones in the Key of G
Major. The Conductor Will Choose 2 Members of the
ensemble to be cuckoos in this section, Cuckoos are to
play Long Tones in the Key of D Minor, If a Cuckoo Taps
you on the shoulder During this Section you also become
a cuckoo and must play Long Notes in D Minor. The
Original 2 Cuckoos have 3 tags before they must stop.
Tagged Cuckoos do not have the ability to tag.
Cuckoos Should Start to Play Staccato notes (Still in D
minor)when Bird Sounds are heard. All Instrumentalists
must transition into this stage regardless of Character
status

Parts 5 and 6 to be transitioned between as smooth as


possible

Part 6: ecosystemic change


Electronic Part Repeated From Part 3
Instrumentalists Are to play Stacatto Notes in D Minor.
2 Members are Chosen to be Snakes, Snakes start playing
Long Notes in D Minor, Snakes are able to bite people
(Shoulder Tap) and this Means they Become Snakes and
must play Long Tones. If a snake is tapped on the
shoulder before they tap a non-snake they revert back to
staccato notes. The instrumental section of the piece
ends after all snakes are destroyed or all other members
are snakes. If the electronic part isn’t finished when
the game section ends members must play until it does.
