Problem:

As we can see in today’s generation, people are still coping from the inconvenience brought by
this epidemic. Thus the primary concern of the society revolves around the ways on how to strictly
maintain and observe safety protocols. As a matter of fact, people are working to earn for their living.
So, establishing systems or alternative ways is very important to meet the needs of individuals. For
example checking their body temperature is one of their main concerned especially when going to
establishments. Also, when monitoring daily census, barangay health workers are now afraid to gather
information.

Solution/Title:

"Mobile Device Controlled Body Temperature”

Purpose: The main purpose of this capstone project is to develop a system that is fast, accurate, and
easier to use. Also, it provides a simplest way when checking daily body temperature. This system
is designed and developed for the front liners and also to the whole community.

Description: This system helps us by checking our body temperature in a most convenient way.

"Barangay Services and Document Request System"

Purpose: The core function of this study is to offer an alternative way when requesting any forms from
the barangay. This software system will announce the events, give reports and recorded files of the
Barangay.

Description: This system will provide documents and services such as creation of foot walks, installation
of street lights, drainage cleaning, etc.

"Mobile Family Census using QR Code"

Purpose: The proposed project aims to replace the manual monitoring of the health and daily census of
each household member.

Description: This system is designed by simply scanning the QR code from the household member to get
the fastest result of daily census and to monitor daily the overall well-being of an individual.
