REPORT PROPOSAL
INTRODUCTION TO COMPANY:
Burger Lab was started in 2014 by three friends Mr. Khizer Baig, Mr.
Taha Baig and Mr. Bilawal Israr. They identified a Gap in the market
that there was a shortage of gourmet burgers in Pakistan in this price
range in which burger lab offers. There was a monopoly of the foreign
brands such as McDonald’s and KFC so they had to break this
monopoly and came up with something original by a premium quality
but lower price than McDonalds and KFC. They wanted to serve the
public with something Fresh and not something precooked. Mr. Taha did
all the research and identified the gap in the market and developed all
the recipes. After sometime they decided to open a restaurant. They
started at from a Rahat commercial D.H.A. phase 6 from a take away
joint where Mr. Taha Baig and Mr. Khizer Baig used to work in the
kitchen themselves. They stood there in the kitchen and took feedback
from their customers to figure out what they actually want.

AIM OF COMPANY:

With just a thought in mind to deliver with creativity and the taste
Burger Lovers crave, we started with a simple take away outlet at Kh-e-
Rahat. From introducing the American burger smash technique into the
market, serving delicious mouthwatering burgers with saucy and
scrumptious fries, doing it all! Our Key to success has solely been
Innovating and experimenting, living up to our name ''BURGER LAB".
The Brand has made a name for itself and is settling all across Pakistan!
Not long from now, we wish to establish it in the near future as an
International Burger Franchise.
