Management is one of the most essential parts of every organization. It is one of the key reasons
for modernization and industrialization. So it is integral and a very essential aspect of the human
existence as a whole and is therefore imperative that as managers and future managers, the topic
be given proper attention and focus.

The organization can run only if it has good management mechanism. A good management
maintains a unity of direction through all its actions and desire goals and requirements effectively
and efficiently.

One of the most important aspect of the organization that was discussed in the class is cost
efficiency or cost competitiveness. We know that the cost of the operation of the organization
reduces the profit or the revenue of the business which in turn hampers the performance of the
organization. Hence, managers and a good management should be able to introduce innovative
practices, solutions or methods that will promote cost efficiency.

One of the basic tasks of management is planning. It deals with chalking out a potential course of
action and determining the most suitable course of action in advance to achieve pre-determined
objectives. Planning decides - what to do, what to do & how to do - in advance. It bridges the
difference between where we are and where we want to be.' Planning is therefore a systematic
thought on ways & means to achieve the goal of the organization.

Hence, the takeaways above on top of the important topics that were discussed is significant in
management. An organization can only grow and develop if there is a good management system.
Thus, the management helps the organization to meet its desired results in the future.
