studying human behavior of the 21st century. The major theories and its founder
that are acknowledged internationally include the following:
1. Biological theory ( Mendelian Law) - Gregor Mendel
2. Psychoanalytic Theory - Sigmund Freud
3. Psychosocial Theory - Erik Erikson
4. Cognitive Theory - Jean Piaget
5. Social Development Theory - Lev Vygotsky
6. Social Learning Theory - Albert Bandura
7. Ecological Theory - Urie Bronfenbrenner
8. Theory of Moral Reasoning - Lawrence Kohlberg
