We strongly recommend that this printer be connected to ground wire.

 Manual User

1.1 install the ink tank

1.2 Connect the power AC220V 50-60Hz

1.3 Heater switch and temperature contorl
Set:click it then change the temperature
Increase the temperature reduce the temperature ENT：save the setting
Up control :setting about 35-45 down contorl: about 45-55
out red light on: heater out red light off: temperature over the setting so stop the heater

1.4 Button instruction and test the printer without head . if the screen not same the photo . you need
connect the technician.

Turn off machine

1.5 install the printer head. Install the cable in the head and fixd head .
If you not understand ,you can look video install head .

Fill ink in the ink tank .

Pump ink from damper by syring 10ml every one

Clean nozzle and nozzle test

2.2 Set IP of aligning tool

Open Aligning Tool by right click run as administrator

Click button of “ set IP address”, input 16753 into the code box. Change the printer IP as: 196.12.0.25, and
local IP as: 196.12.0.188. Local IP address is the default address of Board. If user defined IP address already
been set in the control panel, accordingly change the local IP address as user defined IP address. Then click
the button of “ application”, plug in the network cable and connect the computer and board, click the button
of “ on-line”, then you can set the parameters and operate through aligning software.
First adjust the vertical adjustment of print head ( physical adjustment of print head
installation, click “more”at “maintenance”box.
Note: After power on, first check the print head status, press Enter butter into Equipment
Maintenance--test. If the status is not good, click clean, continue the adjustment after getting better
print head status.

2.3 Vertical adjustment
Vertical adjustment, adjust the physical level of the print head
Open aligning tool, click “more buttons” after get on-line, a interface will be popped up, click the button of “ vertical

test” to print test patterns.

Adjust the physical location of print head according to the pattern printed, make sure the lines in last printed test

pattern are vertical. As shown below:

2.4 Bidirectional adjustment

Click Hidi Align button, print adjustment pattern:

 Observe the printed pattern, pick out the one where the fine line and heavy line overlap completely,
add the corresponding number to number of bidirectional adjustment area, and input the result
manually, then click the button of “save data”. For example the lines of -3 overlap completely, the
result is 34+(-3)=31, input 31 into bidirectional adjustment area then save the data.this setting 30-
40 normally.

2.5 Dual head horizontal adjustment

Click Two head align button, print adjustment pattern:

Observe the printed pattern, pick out the one where the fine line and heavy line overlap completely,
add the corresponding number to number of bidirectional adjustment area, and input the result
manually, then click the button of “save data”. For example the lines of 3 overlap completely, the
result is 1360+3=1363, input 1363 into horizontal adjustment area then save the data.this setting
1350-1370 normally.

2.6 Dual head vertical space adjustment

Click Vert.Dist button, print adjustment pattern:

Observe the printed pattern, pick out the one where the short line overlap completely with the
horizontal long line, input the corresponding number(same 0) to dual head vertical space
adjustment data area,then click the button of “save data”.

2.7 Paper step adjustment

Click the button of Tune, print the adjustment pattern:

Pick out the one where the short line overlaps completely with the horizontal long line, input the
corresponding number(-8) to Tune data area, then click the button of “Calc.”, then the
adjustment coefficient will automatically get the corresponding value, finally click “save”button.
This setting used 10700 or 10686 normally.

This is good setting print.

3.1 Printing setting
Dirc : Bidi> left to right and right to left both print
one way only right to left print
Soft : mid or high
Speed : speed 1 slow
Speed 2 fast
head : two head L left head R right head
Strip : color bar
Soft T : no need change

Finish save setting, not save the setting in the photo.

3.2 Advanced setting
Click “enter into advanced setting” button,it will appear a password framework,pls input
“16753”,then click “ok” and enter into advanced setting menu

 1、Voltage type: choose S or T
2、Adjust voltage: it is for adjusting the voltage of print head,when ink come out not clear or ink spill,you
can add up the voltage value; when print head miss line easily or the color is too deep,you can decrease the
value. Parameter adjustment range is 460-580,the standard value is 512

3 Color: KYCMcm ,,this color order can adjust by yourself,but after adjusted ,please also adjust the
damper. This is only for some channels can not deliver the ink well,and also not change the print head,you
can adjust some colors that not use often or it will not affect the whole printing effect to the bad
channels,then you can prolong the head life span.

3.3 Panel menu

When Machine is in standby mode,please press “ENTER” botton then come into panel menu
