CONTENT
The videos that were uploaded to the virtual classroom were about the lives of an elderly person and how they
strive to work despite the fact that it is difficult for them to do so at their current age and health. Each of the elders
had a unique story to tell, and they all differed from one another. The films also reveal how specific members of
staff looked after the elderly. The Dapithapon videos feature a variety of stories that all result in the same situation.
It highlights issues that may arise as people get older, such as the struggle, hardship, and abandonment that can
and will occur.
EXPERIENCE
Who would not get touched after watching the videos, it sure did touch me and I sure had many questions as I
continue on watching the videos. I can see the way that they struggle and as each tell their story one after the other,
I can’t help but admire their strength and integrity as they continue on and continue on with a hard and struggling
lifestyle. Their stories sure are touching and is evident not only in movies but is very evident in real life. I had a
hard time finishing the given videos given the reason that it sure is not easy to watch suffering and pain in videos
that reflect real life. I have a soft place in my heart for the elderly and their wellbeing. I know for a fact that soon
enough I would be in their situation and it is inevitable that as time goes by, I will experience the same experiences
they have now.

REACTION
We will soon end up in a similar situation in the videos, we will have out time and we will jump from one unto the
next. I can see that if we continue such actions, we will probably end up on the same situation over and over again
and to the next generation to follow. Only if we value and watch our actions in the present, it will surely not bite us
back in the future. I realized that at the end of the day, we all have no one to blame but ourselves, we all have no
one to rely on but ourselves. But it doesn’t mean that we would stop from showing and expressing our love to our
elders, given the reason that a simple change would mean a lot, it would continue on for generations to come. A
simple manner of sympathy and love will be a great platform for change and the consequences are sure to be great.

ACTION
I will do my very best to value my own time and think ahead of me, I would learn to how think what would happen
in the near future, it my actions would benefit me and would deal me consequences that I would consider having. I
will see through it that I would inspire those around me, and by doing so I can be happy that I can show love and
 kindness to the elderly. It isn’t to late for a change, and why not spend that chance today. I will humbly take my
chance and I will take this as if it’s the last of its kind.

EVALUATION
The videos are heartwarming and it sure help me gain a better understanding of the reality that is around me, it
shows the value of a person and the life it has to offer. It was informative and I had a lot of realizations and I think
that this reflection would help me achieve a better mindset that can and will surely help me as I continue on this
medical journey
