Re: Unpaid Accounts

Dear Mr./Ms. Gratil,

We write on behalf of our client, AEMALIANUM COLLEGE INC. ( COLLEGE OF LAW ) with
regards to your unpaid Tuition Fee with outstanding balance amounting to Php20,000.00 inclusive of
corresponding tuition fee, miscellaneous fee, Laboratory and other fees as of September 3, 2021 for
appropriate collection legal action.

In addition to the forgoing, records disclosed that despite repeated demands to settle your total
outstanding balance, no payment has been made and the accounts remain to be unpaid. Hence, our client
will be constrained to hold your records and cannot proceed to the enrolment this 2 nd semester.

Final demand is hereby made upon you to pay your outstanding obligations to the School in the total
amount of twenty thousand pesos only ( 20,000.00 ), representing your unpaid accounts as of 31 June
2021.

Should you fail to comply with this demand within ten ( 10 ) days from receipt of this letter, we shall be
constrained to file all appropriate complaints against you to protect the School’s interests. We shall hold
you liable, in case of suit, for interest, damages, attorney’s fees and other charges as may be incurred.

Please give this matter your immediate and preferential attention. We trust you will see your way clear
towards the prompt and amicable settlement of our client’s plainly valid demands in order for you to
avoid the inconvenience and expenses.
