The parable of the dirty socks

Then he spoke a parable unto them,
saying, there once live some three friends.
They have always lived together in peace
and harmony. 2Then a feast was to be held
at the palace of the majesty. The three
friends got dressed in their best attires –
well fitted shirts, slamming pants and nice
pairs of shoes. 3Alas! Their socks were dirty
and unclean, but they said to themselves
“The world won’t see it; our trousers will
cover them up”.

Then he told the people the morals of the
parable, Saying, “The three friends are us,
on earth. The upcoming feast is the coming
of our Lord Jesus Christ. The dressings are
our acts/deeds. 5The dirty and unclean
socks are those little sins, which we’ve kept
in our deepest heart and still holding unto.
No sin is too ‘little’, that it will go
unnoticed on that day! 6Take off the dirty
socks put on the whole armor of God.
Jesus still loves you!
