Any violation therein shall automatically disqualify the applicant from the selection process. 5. Only those applicants who met the minimum Qualification Standard shall proceed for further assessment/evaluation as stipulated in the DepEd Order 29, s. 2002 entitled “Merit Selection Plan of the Department of Education.” No additional documents may be accepted after the deadline. 6. The documents must be arranged in ring binder and labeled according to the Criteria set forth in the DepEd Order 66, s. 2007 entitled “Revised Guidelines on Appointment and Promotion of Other Teaching, Related-teaching, and Non-Teaching, Positions”, copy of which is attached for reference. The evidences that will earn points for each item are enumerated in ITEM Ill A-D. Performance Rating ‘The IPCRF/performance rating of the candidate for the last three (3) rating periods should be at least Very Satisfactory and must be duly signed by the Rater and Approver. Absence of IPCRF/performance rating for a particular period/s correspond/s to “zero” score for that period. b. Experience For internal applicants, a Service Record must be submitted. For external applicants, Certificates of Employment must be submitted indicating duties and responsibilities. The Work Experience Sheet must be attached to Personal Data Sheet, if necessary. Only those relevant experience will earn points. c. Education Valid Transcript of Records (TOR) submitted during the application period will earn points. No additional TOR will be accepted during interview/open assessment. 4. ‘Training Trainings attended prior to last promotion date will not earn points. Participation in three (3) or more training activities conducted for at least (3) days for District, Division and Regional Level, will have points. Participation in one (1) training conducted for at least three (3) days for National and International Level will, likewise, earn corresponding points. €. It is reminded that documents, certification, and other related credentials earned prior to the last promotion are already considered credited. Hence, only those earned after the issuance of the latest appointment shall be given points by the DHRMPSB. 8. As part of the recruitment and selection process of this Office, the DHRMPSB shall conduct background investigation to verify the applicant’s professional and behavioral competencies. It is also understood that upon submission of the intention to apply, the applicant is authorizing the agency head/authorized representative to verify and validate the contents of the documents submitted. 9. SDO-Makati exercises equal opportunity for employment policy. I. PROCEDURE ‘The HRMO/In-Charge of Personnel shall: 1 7 8 Publish vacant position/s in the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Bulletin of Vacancies or through other modes of publication pursuant to RA 7041 (Requiring the Regular Publication of Existing Vacant Positions in Government Officers) Announce vacant position/s to be filed and post in at least three (3) Conspicuous places in the DepED offices/schools concerned for at least fifteen (15) working days. List applicants for the vacant position/s, both from inside and outside of DepED offices/schools. Conduct preliminary evaluation of the qualifications of all applicants. Require original candidates/appointees to undergo Psychological tests done by accredited institution, or as may be necessary. Prepare selection line-up which shall reflect the qualifications of candidates. Post in three (3) conspicuous places in DepED offices/schools for at least fifteen (15) calendar days. REPEALING CLAUSE All rules, regulations and issuances, which are inconsistent with these guidelines are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. Page 6 of 7 V. SANCTIONS Anyone found guilty of violating the provisions of this MSP and the enclosed uidelines or parts thereof shall be dealt with accordingly. Vi.
