A. My Sense of Self
Our sense of self includes the roles, characteristics, behaviors, and associations that we value
the most about ourselves. Occupations, hobbies, affiliations, abilities, personality traits, and
spiritual beliefs are all examples of things that contribute to the development of who we are as
individuals. For me I am Trustworthy, I always choose to do the right things and I have respect to
other people, I treat them the way they want to be treat, I always Use a kind words to them.

B. My Self -Esteem
My Self-esteem is how I feel about myself, or the opinion I have about myself. Everyone has
times when we feel a bit low or find it hard to believe in ourselves. I have a good self- esteem
because I always think positive at all time. I always Build a positive relationship with others and
avoiding a negative one. Sometimes there are people who make me feel bad about myself,
however I always try to avoid them

1. How does the environment affect heredity?
People's physical characteristics are predetermined at birth. However, behavioral aspects
develop during an individual's early childhood and are influenced by the individual's
environment, or nurture. Nutrition, caregiving, parenting, social and economic conditions,
and education are all environmental factors. During your formative years, this influences
your behavior, personality, and intelligence.

2. What is more important heredity or environment?


What heredity can do, the environment can do as well. Neither can ever be eliminated, nor
can they ever be isolated. Both have played a role in determining human behavior. When an
immigrant group is transplanted from its native land to the country of its adoption, it
exhibits new characteristics, regardless of its heredity ancestors. Both nature (heredity) and
nurture (environment) are always important for every human attribute. Heredity establishes
the boundaries within which environmental differences determine the final outcome.

The positive effect in physical it help prevent serious health conditions. The negative effect is if you are
taking medicine like drugs possible you will get kidney disease. Positive effect of psychological it can
reduce the risks and can reduce the risks while the negative effect it will cause a depression, stress it has
side effect.

1. If you had more than enough money, would you allow a cosmetology

doctor, like Vicki Belo or Manny Calayan, to alter the way you look for the
