1. What habits of yours contribute to a healthy living?


The majority of us aspire to live long, happy, prosperous, and healthy lives. I always Getting
exercise I am finding exercise that I enjoy, not something that’s an ordeal. I Always eat breakfast
it tend to take in more vitamins and minerals and less fat and cholesterol. I always practice
eating healthy throughout the day. Stay hydrated Getting the proper amount of water is
extremely important.

2. Are there things that you consider unhealthy but you cannot stop yourself from

doing? Give some examples.

Eating Late at Night and Skimping on Sleep

3. What do you plan to do to become physically fit?

First, Exercise Daily. Exercise daily for at least an hour. Second, Eat the Right Foods and Portion
Each Meal. No matter how bad your stomach is telling you to go for junk foods over healthy food, try to
stay away from it. Third, Keep Track of Calories and Food Intake Per Day. Fourth, Be Sure to Get Sleep
and lastly, Stay Motivated.
