 Incident Description (Incident Phenomena)

during the RNC upgrade ,the upgrade prepare failure.
 Networking Environment

 Problem Cause Analysis

license center issue.
 Solution
1.check the error log of the upgrade task.

before the version package activate, the prepare failure.

2.check the error log.

zdb generating error.

3. after confirm with local engineer, there is two license center, before upgrade ,we should
change the license center to new one.

4. modify the IP of the license center in master and slave OMM.

vi /home/omm/ZXUOMCR/ums-svr/deploy/deploy-default.propreties

input /license.center and find  the IP configuration.

change the IP to new license center IP.

5. reboot the OMMR process in master board.

cd /home/zte/logservice/bin

perl stopmodule.pl 4100

perl startmodule.pl 4100

6. retry  the upgrade task and success.
